Dell B1165nfw Mono MFC Review – In this day and age, the office environment and its pace have changed tremendously. As such, many devices have evolved to meet the demanding times of the modern workforce. Printers are one such device that have gone through a tremendous change is the Dell B1165nfw Mono MFC.

The matte black printer comes with an assorted variety of features and is actually very compact for a multi-function printer. When we tested how easy it was to access the printer, we were also surprised that the data transfer regardless if it was via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or USB, was fast and efficient prints.

This means less walking to the printer except when you have to gather the printed documents. Other than the aforementioned ways of connecting to the B1165nfw, like many of the latest printers, users can also use a mobile app to connect to it. The Dell Print App can be downloaded for free on Google Play or IOS app store and this will allow users to print their documents to be via mobile smartphone or tablet no matter where they are. Other than that, You can also print via Google Cloud Print.

Dell claims that the B1165nfw has a printing speed of 21 sheets a minute which we found to be pretty accurate. The print quality for text is crisp and clear for any font types with just very little bleeding. Images however, is a little disappointing as they were very grainy and also had quite a bit of banding. In addition to that, it also has an ecofunction which reduces the power used for printing. The toner cartridge is recyclable too, hence not sacrificing the environment for quality. However, it would have definitely been much more eco-friendly if it could do duplex printing for offices and employees who prefer uses two sides of a paper.
